Farm History

Huffer Family Farm is a working farm owned by the Huffer family and home to Jumbo's Pumpkin Patch, LLC. We are 131 acres nestled in beautiful Middletown Valley. Huffer Family Farm is home to some of Maryland's most scenic countryside

Purchased in 1870 by the Huffer family, Huffer Family Farm has been "home" to seven generations of our family. We welcome you to come and experience our farm firsthand!

Jumbo's was established in 1994 with a roadside wagon and 1-1/2 acres of pumpkins. We now offer 15 acres of pick your own pumpkins plus many other family activities.

Farm visitors can enjoy hayrides to the pumpkin patch and corn maze, petting zoo, pony rides, concession stand, and shopping in the Craft Attic for a variety of handcrafted items.
